Non-Return Policy for Earrings:
ORMAI takes hygiene and customer satisfaction seriously. Due to the nature of our earrings, we have implemented the following non-return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Earrings: For health and hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final. Once an earring has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is damaged during shipping.
Damaged Items
Replacement Policy: If you receive an earring that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly provide you with a replacement.
Proof of Damage: To initiate a replacement, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to Ormaicollections@gmail.com. This will help us expedite your claim and improve our shipping practices.
